STEPS :

1.  Position wheel 

A

 inside fork 

B

 with one bushing 

C

 on each side of wheel.

2.  Insert axle 

D

 through fork, bushings and wheel as shown.

3.  Install both washers 

E

 and axle nuts 

F

 fully and securely.

4.  Make sure wheel spins freely.

STEPS :

1.  Position footrest 

A

 as shown so that mounting holes line up.

2.  Install 3 bolts 

B

 fully and securely.

3.  Repeat for opposite side.
