To initiate a system update:

 

1. 

Select an "Update File” by clicking the “Choose File” button (1).  Update files are provided 
from Hubbell.

 

2. 

Click t

he “Upload” button (2).  

 

The system upgrade may take upwards of 30 minutes.

 

 

System Firmware Selection 

The System Firmware Selection tab allows users to implement alternate versions of firmware residing 
on the Gateway. The firmware must be loaded onto the 

Gateway using the “System Update” feature.
