Common saying 1: The recipient’s number is incorrect leads to the sending failure.
Solution 1: Check whether the recipient’s number is correct. If incorrect, modify and then
resend.
Common saying 2: The MMS is more than 300KB leads to the sending failure.
Solution 2: Delete some MMS contents to make the MMS less than 300KB, then resend.

Whether the phone charge is overdue
Common saying: Overdue charge leads sending failure.
Solution: After payment, resend.

Not enough phone storage space to receive MMS
Common saying: Phone storage space is less than 300KB.
Solution: Free the phone memory to make the rest storage space more than 300KB.
1.9.3 Whether the MMS is Restricted by File Size/Video
Format/Resolution and Other Factors
When video or audio file exceed the sprcified size (usually 300KB), it cannot be added as an
attachment. The image resulation will be cpmpressed automatically when the image is too
large, and then added to the MMS as an attachment. The recipient will also receive a
low-resolution image.
1.9.4 The Storage Location of MMS’s Attachments
When receiving a MMS, the attachments are saved at/data, and cannot be seen by users.
After users saved the attachmnets, the storage location is: internal storage of phone or SD
card/Download.
