Press and hold the “Reset” key (near SIM card slot) for 5 seconds on your
device - it will restore the device.

CHECK SOFTWARE VERSION

Go to the homepage: http://192.168.0.1, and login.

Please select “Help -->”Diagnostics” and the device version should display 8.2. And

the IMEI SV will be displayed, which has ‘/’ separator after IMEI number.
