Installation

6.1 Installation Preparations

NO TICE

● If the EPO function is required, prepare the EPO switch and cable before

installation. The recommended cable size is 0.3 mm

● If the TN-C system is adopted, short-circuit the input N and PE, and connect

the input PE and N to terminals on the N bar. The recommended cable size is

240 mm

● If a backfeed protection card is configured:

●

If the UPS output power supply is used (currently supported only by the

1600 kVA UPS), prepare a shunt release (matching the rated voltage of the

UPS) and cable (0.5–1.3 mm

cable recommended; the actual cable size

must meet the requirements of the backfeed protection card, fuse terminal

block, and shunt release).

●

If a third-party power supply is used, the voltage is less than or equal to

240 V AC, and the current is less than 6 A, prepare a 6 A fuse, shunt

release, and cable (0.5–1.3 mm

cable recommended; the actual cable size

must meet the requirements of the backfeed protection card, fuse terminal

block, and shunt release).

● In a parallel system, the length and specifications of power cables on each UPS

should be the same to achieve current equalization in bypass mode. The power

cables include bypass input power cables and UPS output power cables.

6.1.1 Site

6.1.1.1 Installation Environment

Do not install the UPS in a high-temperature, low-temperature, or damp place

that is beyond the technical specifications.
