Why does my phone automatically power off and 
restart?

Check that your mobile phone has sufficient battery power. If the battery 
power is normal, choose

Why is my phone memory full?

Running applications on your phone consume the memory. You can close 
some applications to save your phone memory or restart your phone to 
free up memory space.

Why is my phone storage insufficient?

When the phone storage is insufficient, a prompt icon will be displayed on 
the notification bar or you will be prompted with text information. In this 
case, delete some unused files to free up storage space.
