Reset
This option is used to reset your phone to the factory set-
tings.
Password lock
This option is used to enable or disable the "Phone lock"
and "PIN lock".

Select Phone lock/PIN lock.

Press the up/down scroll key to select On or Off.

Set passward:
• Phone password: Enter the phone password.
• PIN password: If the desired status is the same as
the current status, just press
. Conversely, you
need to select the desired status and then enter
the PIN code.
Change password
You can modify the phone password and PIN code.

Select Security > Change password.

Select one item from phone password, PIN code,
and PIN2 code.

Enter the old password (The initial phone password
of the U1000 is 0000).
