Attaching the Shorter Connecting Rod (A8)

The two shorter connecting rods are identical.
The attaching method is the same for the left and right connecting rods. The following

procedure uses the left connecting rod as an example.

Step 1

Align the mounting holes of the rack and shorter connecting rod.

Step 2

Tighten three M6 x 16 socket-head cap screws at both ends to secure the connecting rod to the

rack, as shown in

Figure 5-10
