If the endpoint has the Wi-Fi client function enabled, it automatically detects and connects to
Wi-Fi servers. You can set the endpoint IP address in DHCP or static mode. If a wired
network deployment is not suitable, the endpoint can connect to the Internet through a
wireless router. Therefore, the Wi-Fi client can be enabled when wired networks are
unavailable and the endpoint needs to access networks through wireless routers.
If the endpoint has the Wi-Fi server function enabled, it can connect to two VPM220Ws
(Huawei's wireless microphone array) through Wi-Fi, eliminating the need for physical
connections.
If a user also purchases a wireless microphone or touch panel, the user can connect it to an
endpoint through Wi-Fi to control the product.
