8.1 Water and dust resistance 

Your Huawei TalkBand B5 supports IP57 water and dust resistance. This means that you can 
wear the band when you are washing your hands and in the rain. If your band comes into 
contact with water, wipe it dry promptly to prevent the microphone from being blocked. 

Do not wear your band when washing your car, swimming, diving, scuba diving, or taking a 
shower. Submerging your band in water is not recommended as it may damage your band. 

If your band has a leather strap, keep it dry to prevent water damage. If the strap is exposed to 
water, wipe it dry immediately.
