7 Updating and factory reset

Issue 01 (2018-08-25)

Method 2:

When your band is connected to the Huawei Health app over Bluetooth, go to

My devices

. Enter the device details screen, touch

Firmware update

, and then follow

the onscreen instructions to update your band.

Method 3:



Android users: Open the Huawei Health app. On the device details screen, enable

Auto-update device over Wi-Fi

. If an update is available, a notification will pop up on

your band. You can follow the onscreen instructions to update your band.



iOS users: Open the Huawei Health app, touch the profile picture on the upper left corner
to enter the level-2 menu. Touch

Settings

and enable

Auto-update device over Wi-Fi

. If

an update is available, a notification will pop up on your band. You can follow the
onscreen instructions to update your band.

Updating the Huawei Health app

Android users:

In the Huawei Health app, go to

Settings

Check for updates

update the app.

iOS users

: Update the app in the App Store.

During an update, your band will automatically disconnect from Bluetooth, and then reconnect once the
update is complete.
