1. Wrap the air pump pipe with raw material tape and insert the pipe into the transformer
breathing port.
2. Start to inflate, one person inflate, and the other person observes the vent plug at the
top of the transformer. When the vent plug overflows oil, close the vent plug and stop
inflation.
Step 37 Reinstall the respirator with the screw torque not higher than 10Nm.

Before installing the dehydrating breather, take out the oil cup of the dehydrating breather,
and install the oil cup after the installation of the dehydrating body is completed. If the oil
in the oil cup is dirty, drain the oil again. When draining oil from the oil cup, the oil level
shall be slightly higher than the minimum oil level.
When tightening the bolts, tighten the bolts gradually according to the diagonal sequence
to avoid directly locking a single bolt at a time.

The equipment can be used for many times, and shall be properly stored. The oil outlets of
oil pump, oil pipe, oil storage bag and others shall be wrapped and sealed with clean plastic
bags to prevent foreign matter entering.
The oil reservoir is covered to keep the interior sealed, additional cleaning is not needed.
3.3 Restore the power supply of STS
Step 1 Switch off G2 cabinet grounding switch, switch on G2 cabinet isolation switch and
switch on G2 cabinet circuit breaker.
Step 2 Switch on the ACB of low-voltage cabinets LVA and LVB.

3.4 Observe the STS repair
Step 1 Observe the STS for 2 days and check whether the box cover leaks oil. Observe the
gas relay. If there is gas in the gas relay, it is necessary to deflate.
Step 2 Keep the customer observing for one week. If no oil leaks, the repair is completed.
