If one of the following symptoms
occurs, the fault is because the
maximum multicast bandwidth of the
user is lower than the required
bandwidth of the ordered program.
l
The MA5612 receives the report
packet and displays "the user fails to
pass bandwidth CAC".
l
The maximum bandwidth of the
user is lower than the bandwidth of
the ordered program by running the
display igmp user user-index
command to query the maximum
bandwidth (
User MaxBandWidth
)
of the user and running the
display
igmp program name
command to
query the bandwidth (
Bandwidth
)
of the ordered program.
NOTE
If
User MaxBandWidth
is
no-limit
, the
multicast bandwidth of the user is not
limited.
Choose one of the following
troubleshooting methods
according to the purchased service
type:
l
Notify the user of ordering
another program (whose
bandwidth is lower than the
maximum bandwidth of the
user) because the bandwidth is
insufficient and the program
cannot be watched.
l
Increase the user bandwidth
and notify the user of ordering
the program again.
NOTE
Run the
igmp user modify user-
index max-bandwidth
command to
modify the maximum bandwidth of
the user to ensure that it is higher than
the program bandwidth.
