ne
Power supply units (PSUs) are shared by partitions A and B.
The two partitions have the following hardware requirements:
–
Eight CPUs function properly.
–
Both CM-1 and CM-5 have at least one DIMM.
–
The compute modules in slot 1 and slot 5 are installed properly and RAID
controller cards of the same model are installed in the FM.
–
No miniSAS cable needs to be connected to the RAID controller cards
installed in FM-A. MiniSAS cables must be connected to the RAID
controller cards installed in FM-B, FM-C, or FM-D.
–
Assign PCIe slots. For example, assign PCIe slots 6 to 10 to partition A
and PCIe slots 1 to 5 to partition B.
NO TICE
To reserve and use single-system hard disk data in dual-system:
The hard disks in a virtual drive of the single-system must be in the same
partition. Otherwise, the hard disk data is not available after the switchover.
