UNLOCK YOUR SCREEN
To unlock your screen, press the
PWR/LOCK
key, and then tap the
Lock
icon in the center
of the screen and drag it to the right.

FIND YOUR SERIAL NUMBER
1.
Press the
HOME
key.
2.
Slide your finger to the right across the screen and tap
Settings
.

Slide your finger upwards along the screen and tap
About

.
4.
Slide your finger upwards along the screen and tap
Status
.
5.
Slide your finger upwards along the screen and locate
IMEI
. The
number series that appears under
IMEI
is your phone’s Serial Number.
Do not use the number in the row labeled
Serial
Number
.
6.
To return to the main screen, press the
HOME
key.

FIND YOUR SIM NUMBER
Your SIM number can be found on the front of the red Activation
Card that came with your phone. If you do not have your
Activation Card, you can also find your SIM number as follows:
1.
Turn
OFF
the phone.
2.
Remove the back cover of the phone by using the slit located at the
corner of the phone.
3.
The Micro SIM card compartment is located to the left of the battery
compartment, below the memory card compartment.
4.
Insert the tip of a paper clip into the hole located above the SIM card
compartment and push the card out.
5.
Slide the SIM card out carefully. On the Micro SIM card you will see a
set of numbers beginning with
89
. This is your SIM Number.

FIND YOUR PHONE NUMBER
1.
Press the
HOME
key.
2.
Slide your finger to the right across the screen and tap
Settings
.

Slide your finger upwards along the screen and tap
About

4.
Slide your finger upwards along the screen and tap
Status
. Your
phone number appears below
My
phone
number
.
5.
To return to the main screen, press the
HOME
key.
