Context

l

If the storage array is connected to the VIS6000 through an iSCSI host port, you need to
add the IP address of the storage array on the VIS6000.

l

If the storage array is connected to the VIS6000 through an FC host port, you do not need
to perform any operation on the VIS6000, and ignore this section.

Procedure

Step 1

In the navigation tree, click the

Logical

tab.

Step 2

Select the VIS6000 on which the IP address of the storage array is to be added.

Step 3

On the menu bar, choose

Configuration

>

Array IP Manager...

.

The

Config Array IP

dialog box is displayed, as shown in

Figure 4-18

.

TIP

To go to the

Config Array IP

dialog box, you can also press the right mouse button, and choose

from the shortcut menu.
