The EPDM rubber shock absorption bars with a thickness of 5 mm must be
attached to the top of the support.
Make supports by referring the following recommendations:
1. Recommended to use angle steel, square steel or channel steel, and width is
45 mm, thickness is 4-5 mm.
2. Dashed line on
labeled indoor fan and bottom
knockouts path, you should avoid interfering with these when making the
support.
a. When the width of angle steel is less than 45 mm or equal, do not
consider avoiding.
b. When the width of angle steel is more than 45 mm but less than 79.5
mm, it is interfering with the holes which routing cables and the pipes,
please cut out holes to avoid interfering.
c.
When the width of angle steel is more than 79.5 mm, it is interfering with
the holes which lowering fans, please cut out holes to avoid interfering.
3. It′s width between support and cabinet fixing bolt hole is 55 mm, weld the
bolts on the ″L″shape or other parts, and then weld them on the support
when it is unable to cut holes to weld the bolts on support directly.
4. Please note that to control the welding process and avoid excessive error.
5. Φ = 43 mm appeared in the above figures indicate the inside diameter with
the rubber ring.
