Circuit Recommended for the USIM Card Interface

As the MU739 module is not equipped with a USIM card socket, you need to place a

USIM card socket on the user interface board. The USIM card signals are transmitted

outwards through the 114-pin LGA interface. Figure 3-15 shows the circuit of the

USIM card interface.

There is no pull-up on SIM_DATA within MU739, an external resistor (4.7Kohm recommended)

must be added between SIM_DATA and SIM_VCC
