3.3 Operations During a Call
3.3.1 Making a Conference Call
If you receive a call while you are on another call, you can connect the new call to the
ongoing call. This feature is known as conference calling. You can also set up a
conference call with multiple people.
Contact your service provider to determine the availability of the conference call
feature. If this feature is available, also determine the number of participates that
are allowed in a conference call.
To initiate a conference call that includes three people:
1. Dial the phone number of the first person you want to join the call. After the call is set
up, touch
Add call
.
2. Enter the phone number of the next person you want to join the call and touch
,
or select a contact from
Call log
or
Contacts
.
The call with the first person is automatically placed on hold while you perform this
step.
3. When you have connected to the second person, touch
Merge calls
to begin the
conference call.
4. To end the call and disconnect every participant, touch
