ONVIF protocol explanation
The frame rate value that specified by the ONVIF protocol can be considered as a value range.
You can only set discrete value for the frame rate of the speed dome. The system will not return
error message for any configuration exception, but fetch an approximate value less than what
you have configured. For example, if the frame rate is configured as 21fps, the actual frame rate
validated by the device should be 20fps..
