Installing a Door Closer Arm

Procedure

Step 1

Put the door closer arm onto the door closer through the end with a square hole, and pull the
door closer arm to the slider on the guide rail, as shown in

Avoid striking with a hard object when mounting the closer on the top of the door panel into
the square hole in the closer arm. If the arm does not fit easily, strike with a rubber mallet to
install the closer arm in position.
