1. Push the slider outwards
using a screwdriver until the
target mark line is completely
exposed.
2. Insert the conducting wires,
with the positive wire to hole 1
(+) and the negative wire to
hole 2 (
–).
3. Push the slider back to finish
the conducting wire
installation. Check whether
the conducting wires are
securely clamped by pulling
them gently. If the conducting
wires withdraw or are
exposed outside the wiring
holes, take out the conducting
wires, cut off the disperse
wires, strip again, and reinstall
them.
Preparing the CPE Power Cable Connector
Preparing the PV Input Cable Connector
1. Prepare a DC output power cable and connector for the PV module.
2. Measure the length of the cable to be stripped based on the terminal scale and then strip the cable to expose the conducting wires.
3. Push the sliding cover of the EPC5 connector to expose two screws, and loosen the two screws.
4. Insert the blue wire labeled NEG(
–) into the – port and black or brown wire labeled RTN(+) into the + port on the connector, and then
tighten the screws using a Phillips screwdriver after the wires contact the bottom of the ports.
5. Check whether the conducting wires are securely clamped by pulling them gently. If the conducting wires withdraw or are exposed outside
the wiring holes, take out the conducting wires, cut off the disperse wires, strip again, and reinstall them.
6. Slide the sliding cover back.
