Connecting your phone to a computer

When you connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable, select a 
USB connection type when prompted. 

• Touch 

to take a photo. 

• Touch and hold 

to focus the camera. Then release your 

finger to take a photo. 

Touch the thumbnail to view photos you just took. 

Touch an object on the viewfinder to focus the camera on it. 

Drag the slider to zoom in or out. 

Drag 

to display an option menu, from which you can:

• Touch 

to select a capture mode. 

• Touch 

to select a filter.

• Touch 

to select a white balance.

• Touch 

to set the capture scenario, ISO, and more. 

Touch 

to toggle between the rear and front cameras.

Touch 

to set the flashlight mode.

Media device 
(MTP)

Send multimedia files, such as photos, songs, and 
videos, between your phone and the computer. 

Camera (PTP)

Export photos from your phone to the computer. 

USB storage 
device

Use your phone as a mass storage device.
