Area Code Setting
NOTE: The keypad commands of area code setting are valid only when code
analyzing is NOT supported. So these two commands are invalid for the
following versions: through B055 to current version.

set an Area Code as xxxxx (5 digits at most)

DESCRIPTION: set or erase an Area Code, only valid in RUIM version
UIM Lock Setting***
NOTE: The Function is Supported just when UIM function is Supported;

Lock the UIM. XXXX is PIN code.

Unlock the UIM. XXXX is SPC code.

Check the status of the UIM; If the UIM has been locked, there is a sound
of beep; if the UIM hasn't been locked, there are three sounds of beep;
if the check procedure has failed, there are two sounds of beep.
