3 Configuring eSpace 7870

Parameter Description
Password Password that is specified by the network service provider.
As Bridge
If you select the As Bridge check box, the PC port works in bridge
mode.
As Router If you select the As Router option button, eSpace 7870 functions a
router, and you must set related parameters. For details about these
parameters, contact the network administrator.
IP Address IP address of eSpace 7870 when it functions as a router.
Subnet Mask Subnet mask of eSpace 7870 when it functions as a router.
Enable DHCP
Server Indicates whether to enable the DHCP function.
Start IP Address Start IP address in the DHCP server address pool.
End IP Address End IP address in the DHCP server address pool.
3.2.7 DSS Key
In the DSS Key area, you can set Memory Key , Line Key , and Programmable Key .

Phone Screen Web Page Description
Type Type Function that you assign to a memory key.
Key Type
Label Label Self-defined function name, which is displayed next to
the corresponding line key on eSpace 7870 and on the
screen of the expansion module.
Value Value
Setting based on the functions that you assign. For
example, if you assign the speed dial function to a
memory key, enter the speed dial number in the
Value
text box.
Account ID Line Account that you configure a function for.
Local Dir
Extension Extension Extension number.
This parameter is available for the BLF function only.
