2.19 Can I synchronize my phone's date and time with the
network?
Yes.
To do so: On the home screen, go to Settings . Touch All > Date & time . Turn on Automatic
date & time and Automatic time zone .
2.20 How do I use my phone as a USB flash drive?
You can connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable to view content in the microSD
card but not the internal storage.
Media device (MTP) : MTP stands for Media Transfer Protocol. In this mode, you can
synchronize media files between your phone and a computer that supports MTP.
USB flash drive mode: If a microSD card is inserted into your phone, you can use your phone
as a USB flash drive and transfer files between your microSD card and computer.
PC Suite (HiSuite) : In this mode, you can use HiSuite on your computer to manage photos,
songs, messages, contacts, and applications on your phone.
Charge only : In this mode, you can use a computer to charge your phone.
Note: When your phone is connected to a Mac in MTP mode, you can manage files on your
phone, but the dial-up connection function on the Mac is currently unavailable.
2.21 How do I free up internal storage space?
Delete unwanted files as follows:
On the home screen, go to
Files . Touch and hold the file or folder you want to delete and
choose Delete from the displayed option menu.
2.22 How do I adjust the screen brightness?
On the home screen, go to Settings . Touch All . Under Device , touch Display . Under Screen ,
touch Brightness . Select Automatic brightness or manually drag the brightness slider.
In the notification panel, drag the brightness slider or turn on or off Automatic brightness .
