Email
Creating an Email Account
You can send and receive emails only after you have created an email
account on your phone. Before creating an email account, you need to
obtain a user name and a password from your email service provider.
„ Creating an Account Through a Preset Email Server
1.
On the main menu screen, tap Email > Email Accounts > Create
Account .
2.
In the email server list, tap the desired server to access Mail Setting
Wizard . Then set My Email Address , Password , and My Name .
3.
Tap Done to save the settings.
The account is displayed in the Email menu.
The server parameters are preset when you select a preset email
server. You can create an email account by entering the correct
email address, user name, and password only.
„ Creating an Account Manually
1.
On the main menu screen, tap Email > Email Accounts > Create
Account .
2.
Tap Other to access Mail Setting Wizard . Then set My Email
Address , User name , Password , and Account Name .
3.
Tap Next . Then set Mailbox Type , Incoming Server Address , and
Outgoing Server Address .
