Figure 3-46
LRFU 4T4R 3 x 20 MHz
If more than three single-band sectors are configured and LRFUs are configured, the LRFUs are
preferentially positioned in the slots from left to right in cabinet 1. If MRFUs are configured,
they are preferentially positioned in the slots from left to right in cabinet 1. After all the slots in
cabinet 1 are occupied, MRFUs can be positioned in the slots from left to right in cabinet 2.
Scenario 2: A dual-band base station, with the configuration of MRFUs and LFRUs
If three sectors are configured for each band, LRFUs are preferentially positioned in the slots in
cabinet 2. That is, the LRFU configured for L1 is preferentially positioned in slot 0 and then slot
1 if slot 0 is occupied. The LRFU configured for L2 is preferentially positioned in slot 2 and
then slot 3 if slot 2 is occupied. The LRFU configured for L3 is preferentially positioned in slot
4 and then slot 5 if slot 4 is occupied. MRFUs are preferentially positioned in the slots in cabinet
1. The MRFU configured for L1 is preferentially positioned in slot 0 and then slot 1 if slot 0 is
occupied. The MRFU configured for L2 is preferentially positioned in slot 2 and then slot 3 if
slot 2 is occupied. The MRFU configured for L3 is preferentially positioned in slot 4 and then
slot 5 if slot 4 is occupied.
