Procedure

1. Remove a power cable from a PSU to

simulate a PSU hardware error.

2. Log in to the iBMC WebUI, choose

Alarm and SEL

Current Alarms

,

and check for PSU alarms.

3. Check whether the error code displayed

on the fault diagnosis LED of the front
panel correctly indicates the same error
as the alarm.

Expected Results

The fault diagnosis LED correctly indicates
the PSU hardware error.

If the power cable of the left PSU is
removed, the fault diagnosis LED
displays "P01".

l

If the power cable of the right PSU is
removed, the fault diagnosis LED
displays "P02".
