speeds up melting)and put them into the pot.Stirring the chocolate with a spoon until
them have been completely melted. And then adjust temperature to 40
℃
to keep
chocolate warm enough.
! Turn off machine’s power if it is not in use for a long time,otherwise
temperature will destroy chocolate’s taste.
! Do not add water if chocolate in pot becomes too sticky.Try to add a little oil or
cocoa butter.
6.Please turn off the machine and cut the electric plug if you don’t use it..
V. CLEANING & STORING
1.Do cut off machine’s power supply and wait it cooling down before cleaning.
2.Do clean the pot and keep heating tube clean.
3.Wipe the appliance with soft cloth .Never with abrasive products.
4.Store it in a dry place away from corrosive substances.
