7.3.1 Power / Battery **

Remark
Exclude software issue.
•
Try to hard reset the unit
and try again.
Check if the battery is
official battery or not.
•
If not— Replace battery.
Use voltage meter to check
if the battery voltage is too
low.
•
If voltage is under 3.8V,
insert charger to handset.
Visually inspect the contact
pads of Battery
•
If dirty or oxidized –
Clean pads
•
If damaged – Replace
Battery
Visually inspect Battery
Connector
•
If dirty or oxidized –
Clean
•
If damaged –Use hot air
to change it.
Check the power on key
works normally or not.
•
If dirty – Clean
•
If damaged – Replace
power on switch.
Check all connectors
including LCD FPC to Main
Board.
•
If the connection status is
not good, assemble the
Unit again.
No Power
On/Can’t boot
Software re-download.
•
Try to start boot-loader
mode [refer to section
5.1]. Re-flash ROM if
boot loader mode is
enabled.
