I. Turn the device power off and insert Diagnostic
SD card.
II. Press and hold Volume Down button, including
Power button, and then enter Diagnostic mode.
III. The non-official software detection function will
run automatically after enter diagnostic program.
IV. When it detects out non-official software and
displays F400 with blinking and stopping to go
next step.
V.
Do the proper repair action including re-flash
ROM code or replace main board then perform
diagnostic to test again.
Full RAM Test
I. It will perform the full RAM test after entering
diagnostic mode automatically, and then it will
return to main menu once finish the testing
without any failure.
II.
It shows error message when the diagnostic
encounters the failure during RAM test.
Note
1. Please replace the main board if it
detected the failure after performing
RAM test.
2. It will take about 30 seconds.
