Troubleshooting and FAQ
If you cannot connect your headset to your mobile phone, do as follows,
•
Ensure your headset is properly charged, switched on, paired with and
connected to your mobile phone.
•
Ensure Bluetooth feature of your mobile phone is activated.
•
Ensure the headset is within 10 meters range of your mobile phone, and
there are no obstructions, such as walls or other electronics devices in
between.
•
If it stops functioning, to reset the headset, plug the headset into a charger.
This reset does not clear your settings, such as pairing settings.
