Flymo Model…
To use

the machine

as a vacuum, turn the air flow

dial fully clockwise.

If using

the machine

as a blower, turn the air flow

dial fully anti-clockwise.

There is an intermediate dial position

with vacuum,

when selected a small amount of air is sent forward,

to

allow you to loosen wet leaves

which may have

adhered to the ground.

Bosch Model…
To use

the machine

as a vacuum, turn the air flow

lever fully forward

(position 1).

If using

the machine

as a blower, turn the air flow

lever fully backward

(position 4).

There are intermediate lever positions

with vacuum,

when position 2 is selected a small amount of air is sent
forward,

to allow you to loosen wet leaves

which

may have adhered to the ground.

In position 3 the blowing force is at maximum.

All that remains is to plug the machine into its
power supply and switch the supply ON.

GETTING STARTED

To start the machine, either squeeze the ON/OFF

If blowing, think carefully about the direction of
the air flow

. The fan is powerful enough to move quite

Keep bystanders

at least 3 metres away.

If vacuuming, check the collection bag and empty
regularly

. To do this, switch the machine OFF then

remove the bag as described in getting started. Tip
the contents into a suitable container and refit
before continuing.
