4. When the HSP MicroModem 56 Properties window appears, click the Connection tab.
5. Remove the check sign by clicking the small box, labeled "Wait for dial tone before
dialing."
6. Click the OK button on the HSP MicroModem 56 Properties window.
7. Click the Close button on the Modem Properties.
Note
If the communication program use dial string, add "X1" command to the
dial string to ignore the dial tone.
Uninstalling the Modem Driver
1. Click the Start button, point to Settings and click Control Panel.
2. Double-click the HSP Modem icon. The HSP Modem window will be displayed.
3. To uninstall the modem driver, click the Uninstall button.
