Service and inspection
To ensure proper functioning of the unit, it is advised to periodically inspect the installment. Contact your heat
distribution company about the possibilities for service and inspection. Maintenance and repairs can be performed by
recognized personnel only.
• Remove the power from the unit when performing maintenance and/or repairs.
• Close the supply and return valve of the heat distribution network.
• Close the supply and return valve of the unit.
• Check the unit for dirt/leaks.
• Check valve for pollution and clean if necessary.
• Check the filter for pollution and clean if necessary.
• When recommissioned, check the unit for the delivery of hot tap water.
• The casing can be cleaned met a damp cloth. By no means use detergents of any kind.
CAUTION!
The unit uses electrical component (24VDC). These component must stay dry at all times. Please use caution when
handling these energized components. Touching these energized components can result in an electrical shock, burn,
or electrocution.
Away or on holiday
Do not remove the power from the unit. Do not switch of the unit during long absence or holiday. To prevent damage
from frost in the piping of the unit or the distribution network one must, under no circumstances, close the shut-off
valves of the unit and/or the distribution network. It is recommended to flush all water tapping point for at least 2
minutes after a long period of absence.
