DS160 Mobile Phone Maintenance Manual V 0.1
ZL99A is a GSM (GPRS) phone independently developed by
Shanghai Huaqin Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. The Maintenance
arrangement in this article includes three levels:
1.
The first level is able to locate the trouble at local by
empirical without any special tools. Hot air gun is usually
not used, and mobile phones
with IC fault are generally
not repaired unless approved by the company when
necessary.
2.
The second level can make use of some special tools to
solve the trouble. And it’s difficult to think out problems
only by empirical as the first level. Special tools such as
hot air gun, electric iron, oscilloscope and test set need to
be used when necessary. Any component can be used so
as to help to solve the problem.
3.
The third level maintenance mainly solves problems that
can not be solved at the second level, and is handled by
the Sevice and Repair center.
