Close the DIMM bracket.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
Processor heatsink
WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury from hot surfaces, allow the heatsink to cool
before touching it.
CAUTION:
To avoid damage to the heatsink, do not touch the edge where the heatsink
aligns with the water wall.
To remove the component:
1.
Power down the server (on page 10 ).
2.
Disconnect all peripheral cables from the server.
3.
Remove the server (on page 11 ).
4.
Remove the access panel (on page 12 ).
