7. Remove the GPU power enablement board.

To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

Removing and replacing the DIMM

To identify DIMM s installed in the server blade, see

DIMM slot locations.

Prerequisites

Before replacing memory, read the memory configuration and population guidelines in the

Memory options.

Procedure

1. Power down the server blade.

2. Remove the server blade from the chassis.

3. For 2U server blade, remove the top cover.

4. Remove the air baffle:
