Preparing to Call HP Customer Care
To provide the fastest possible resolution of your problem, have
the tablet PC and the following information available when
you call:
■
Serial number and model description, which are provided on
the product identification label on the back and side of
the tablet PC.
■
Phone number you provided when purchasing the tablet PC.
■
Operating system version number.
To display the operating system version number:
Select Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance
icon > System icon > General tab.
■
Conditions under which the problem occurred.
■
Error messages that have been displayed.
