Troubleshooting

If you encounter difficulties while using your HP Jornada 420,
this chapter helps you find answers. If you need information
about troubleshooting Microsoft® Windows® CE Services, click

Problem

Diagnosis / Remedy

turn on when not
connected to AC power.

Battery power is too low to run the
