looking for a cost effective system of delivering export-
related documents that could guarantee appropriate levels
of security, using the accessibility of Internet technology.
HP Labs got together with the local JetCAPS partner to
develop a solution, which uses secure transfer of XML
information to print authenticated documents on HP LaserJet
printers at the applicant’s site.

Generali Personal Insurances
As part of a process improvement, Generali Personal
Insurances needed to rationalize the handling of their
contract stationery (contract forms, letterheads, continuation
pages, and so on). They added JetCAPS TowerFeed to their
HP LaserJet printers to increase the range of stationery in
the printer, and HP’s Multibin Mailboxes for clear separation
of printouts from different members of the workgroups.
