Hardware Upgrades

5. On the rear of the computer, a sliding slot cover lock secures the

expansion card brackets and expansion slot covers in place. Slide
the slot cover lock away from the brackets so that they are no
longer secured by the lock.

Releasing the Slot Cover Lock

6. Inside the computer, locate the correct vacant expansion slot on

the system board and remove the corresponding slot cover.
