having

their

mainframes

re-calibrated.

The

HP

83480-series

optical

modules

have

one

or

two

standard

wavelengths

(850

nm

or

1310/1550

nm).

The

O/E

Calibration

function

allows

you

to

calibrate

the

instrument

for

use

at

one

additional

user-dened

wavelength.

This

calibration

does

not

aect

the

factory

calibrations

.
