Powering-On and Powering-Off the Emulation Probe

Powering-On and Powering-Off the Emulation
Probe

It’s important to follow the proper power-on or power-off sequences so
that your target system, the emulation probe, and other equipment are
not damaged.

To power on the system

With all components connected, power-on your system as follows:

Power-on the logic analyzer, if you are using one.

Power-on the emulation probe.

Power-on your target system.

To power off the system

Power off your system as follows:

Power-off your target system.

Power-off the emulation probe.

Power-off the logic analyzer, if you are using one.

To connect the emulation probe to a power
source

The emulation probe does not have an On/Off switch. To power on the
emulation probe:

Connect the power cord to the power supply and to a socket
