Connect the PC to the GE LAN interface of the device.

Assign the PC an IP address of the subnet 192.168.1.0/24 (except
192.168.1.1), for example, 192.168.1.2.
3.
Run the Web browser and enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar. The IP
address 192.168.1.1 is the default login IP address for the device, and it is
modifiable after login.
4.
Enter login information to log on to the device. Both the default username and
password are admin, and they are modifiable after login.

From the navigation tree, select Wizard > Basic Configuration Wizard.
The page for basic configuration wizard as shown in Figure 2 appears.

Click Next to enter the page for setting WAN interface parameters.
You can set WAN interface parameters manually, automatically, or through
PPPoE.
