and send the Hoyt bow requiring factory service to:

Any bow returned must have the following:

• Must be sent postage paid.

• Must include a copy of the dated sales receipt.

• Must include a short note explaining the nature of

the problem.

• Must include a Hoyt Return Authorization number.

• Should not include accessories unless otherwise instructed

when the Return Authorization Number is obtained.
