CAUTION:
Two people are required to
assemble the Glass Door Panels to the
cabinet. Use care when handling the
Glass Door Panels. To avoid bodily injury or
harm, assemble Glass Door Panels in an
area without children or other potential
hazards present.
1. Choose a location for the curio display cabinet. Refer to your cabinet
set-up instructions. Securely fasten the wall safety strap to the cabinet
and wall and install glass shelves prior to Glass Door Panel assembly.
2. Unpack the Glass Door Panels and set aside in a safe location.
3. Install a Nylon Washer (1) and Pivot Hinge (1) to the Pivot Hinge Pin Hole as shown at the bottom left and right of the
cabinet. Install the Pivot Hinges with the Set Screws facing the inside of the cabinet. See Figure A.
Note: The Pivot Hinges on the top of the Glass Door Panels have been preinstalled at the factory.

4. With two people, attach the right Glass Door Panel to the cabinet.
• One person insert the preinstalled Pivot Hinge into the top Pivot Hinge Pin Hole and hold the Glass Door Panel in
position. Make certain the preinstalled Pivot Hinge has Set Screws facing the inside of the cabinet. See Figure B.
• With the first person holding the Glass Door Panel in position, the second person will hold the Nylon Pads against both
sides of the Glass Door Panel as they slide the bottom of the Glass Door Panel into the bottom Pivot Hinge. Install the
bottom of the Glass Door Panel into the bottom Pivot Hinge similar to the preinstalled top Pivot Hinge. See Figure B.
• Tighten the bottom Pivot Hinge Set Screws so they are snug – do not over tighten. Check the top Pivot Hinge Set
Screws to ensure they are also snug.
5. As necessary, adjust the Glass Door Panel so it can open and close
without interference.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to install the left Glass Door Panel. Make certain the
left and right Glass Door Panels do not touch. Adjust the Glass Door Panels
as necessary.
7. Assemble a Knob (1) to both Glass Door Panels using Rubber Washers (2)
and Screw (1) as shown in Figure C.
8. Remove the protective paper from the adhesive side of the black Foam
Pad and attach a Foam Pad at the corners flush to the edge of the Glass
Door Panels. See Figure D.
9. Slide a Strike Plate over the four Foam Pads. Attach so the side with clear
protective cover is facing the inside of the cabinet.
• If the door does not catch firmly, remove the clear protective cover.
