Insert basement insulation.
Clip insulation part with connection cutouts on the calorifier connections (
Figure 1
).
Fix insulation half „flange side“ at the calorifier. Pay attention to correct fit of cutouts (for
connections, flange, thermometer, etc.) at the calorifier. If necessary use proper parts for
height compensation.
On one side, starting at the top, lock the fastener band at the first or second position
(

). In order that the insulation halfs not shifting at the tank, one person has to fix the
insulation on the other side.
Recheck the correct fit of cutouts and lock the fastener band on the opposite side at the first
or second position (
Figure 3
).
In turn retighten the fastener bands to the third or fourth position.
Insert calorifier cap insulation and mount calorifier cap.
Insert flange hood (incl. insulation).
