2. Extend the regulator unit upwards approx. 20 cm (Fig.
08) and move it up and down firmly several times (ap
-
prox. 10…20 cm).
3. Put the regulator unit correctly back in position!
4. Clean the impeller (4) of the induced-draught fan
using a brush and vacuum cleaner; use a scraper to
remove any encrusted deposits.
5.
Vacuum the entire flue gas collector.

6. Lubricate the following components (Fig. 09) with ad-
hesive lubricating grease:
- Guide rails (A)
- Lever-shaping pipe contact points (B)
- Lever rotation points (C)
- Eccentric disc (D)
7.
Refit the flue gas collector cover so that it is sealed!

8.2.3 Cleaning flue gas sensors
1. Remove the rear casing panels.
2. Remove the lambda probe (2, Fig. 10) and clean
using a brush and vacuum cleaner.
3.
Remove flue gas temperature sensor with immersion
sleeve and clean.

1.
Remove the burner cover after first releasing the self-
tapping screw on the back of the pellet hopper.
2. Dismantle the secondary air connection (1, Fig. 12)
(release screws and remove).
